We've had a few new additions to the kitchen team this year. Last week had a discussion about all the "stuff leftover from last year". Our newest member said she was a little skeptical about items from 2017... till she tried them!
I'm here to tell you, CHECK OUT OUR FREEZERS IN THE FARM STAND, THERE IS SO MUCH DELICIOUSLY PRESERVED BOUNTY FROM THE 2017 HARVEST! AND DON'T HESITATE TO ASK US HOW TO USE THEM! [look at recipes cards in the farmstand soon!]

ROASTED STRAWBERRIES (say hello to berry delicious mocktails & cocktails!)
PESTO GALORE (tomato. AND BASIL!)
RUGGED RADISH (Jenny and I cried our eyes out processing this potent stuff!)

ROASTED PEPPERS (the secret ingredient in our enchilada sauce)

SHREDDED ZUCCHINI (we have taken all the work out of this for you!... great for bread... muffins...)
CHOPPED RHUBARB (yes Ray, we are selling it! from jam to jam squares... dressings and more... my grandmother says freezing rhubarb, then draining off the water is the best way to keep your pie from running!)
CHIMICHURRI (steak is naked without it... great on eggs too!)
